Even though our name is new, the Nichols family has been providing
engineering and surveying services to this area since 1951.
We specialize in Land Surveying, Construction Surveying, Topographic Surveying
and Civil Engineering. Our engineering projects include mainly municipal engineering, including water, wastewater, storm sewers, streets,
parks, and site and grading plans, subdivision design and staking. We also prepare Elevation Certificates, LOMA, and Storm Water Pollution
Prevention Plans.
